No Gluten, Inc.
Wow! Mina was the “Farmer of the Day” at the Lilburn Market yesterday and judging by the way the samples were flying off the table, it was a great success! From the Blueberry Cheesecake to the Oatmeal Crisp Cookies and the Dinner Rolls – well, everyone found something to like! No Gluten Inc. is Celiac friendly and their offerings are quite impressive and delicious!. Mina developed her mixes because she was diagnosed with a severe Gluten allergy. The Bakery is dedicated to Gluten Free Baking so there is no chance for any contamination from wheat. The staff is working hard to get everything listed; however, there are a good number of products offered as we open Market today. I will let you know as soon as other items are offered! Sarah and I got the Rye Bread yesterday and it is delicious! Ham and Cheese on Rye Bread??? YES! It has been a lot of years since I have enjoyed one of those! Welcome aboard folks of No Gluten Inc. We are happy to have you and look forward to enjoying your goodies!
