SHH Pulled Pork Sandwiches

<p>Delicious smoked pork shoulder using <span class="caps">SHH</span> Sweet and Zesty spice blend for the rub. This recipe tastes great with the Barbecue sauce recipe in the recipe section. Great for any summer crowd and barbecue.</p>

Serves: Serves 6 hungry people


Ingredients
1 10 lb Pork shoulder with bone in.
2 ea. Swisher Hill Herbs Refill Package of Sweet and Zesty Seasoning blend

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Place pork shoulder in a large baking dish or pan. Rub the seasoning mix evenly over the pork shoulder to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Bring the pork to room temperature and Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees.
  3. Place pork on rack in the smoker until tender and the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees depending your smoker the cook time is about 7 to 10 hours. Remove from the smoker and let pork rest for 30 minutes.
  4. With two forks, pull the meat apart into small slices or chunks. Serve on a bun with barbecue sauce. ( Check out SHH Barbecue Sauce recipe in recipe section.)
