Sauteed Okra

Serves: 4 servings


Ingredients
1 lb Okra
1/8 cup Extra virgin Olive Oil
1 med onion
1 clove fresh minced garlic

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Wash and cut okra into bite size pieces.
  2. Pour in olive oil and onions in sautee pan and put on medium heat. Stir until onions are heated up. Pour in the okra. Cover with lid for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Keep stirring so it doesn't burn.
  3. Add garlic in about 3 minutes before the okra is done.
