Sauteed Ginger spinach

Serves: 3 to four as a side dish
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
1 cup small bag spinach
2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sesame oil

Step by Step Instructions
  1. saute the grated ginger in the sesame oil until slightly browned (this happens quickly!) add the spinach salt and pepper and saute for a few minutes until lightly wilted. Remove into serving dish. Add the sesame seeds to the pan and lightly brown ( happens quickly!) then add to the top of the spinach and serve while warm. Easy, elegant and delicious!
