Zucchini Noodles (Aka Zoodles)

Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 medium sized Zucchinis
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
Salt & pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Slice off and discard the ends of the zucchinis, then place the zucchinis onto your spiralizer and spiralize them into noodles.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet on medium heat, then saute the garlic for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the zucchini noodles to the pan and toss them for 1 minute, then turn off the heat. Sprinkle the zoodles with Parmesan, salt, and pepper, then toss them again before serving them with any sauce you care to.
