Serves: 4

Ingredients
1 1 pound Boneless Top Sirloin Steak (cut 1 inch thick)
6 ounces Thin spaghetti
10 ounces Spinach (stems removed, thinly sliced)
8 ounces Sliced water chestnuts (drained, if using canned)
1/4 cup Green onions (sliced)
FOR THE MARINADE:
2 tablespoons Chopped red chili peppers
1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons Reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Water
2 teaspoons Dark sesame oil
2 teaspoons Minced garlic
1/4 teaspoons Crushed red pepper

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Stack the steaks, then cut them in half then crosswise to make 1 inch strips.
  2. Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a bowl, add the steak strips and toss them until they're coated. Cover the bowl and put it into the fridge to marinate for at least 10 minutes. While the steak marinates, cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
  3. Remove the beef strips from the marinade (reserve the marinade). Heat a nonstick skillet or wok, then add half of the beef and stir fry for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove the beef pieces from the skillet and set them in a warm place. Repeat with the other half of the beef.P
  4. Put the pasta, spinach, chestnuts, green onions and reserved marinade into the skillet and cook until the spinach wilts (stirring occasionally). Return the beef to the skillet and mix it in before serving.
