Serves: 3 cups
Vegan!

Ingredients
1 or 2 tablespoons Satsuma zest
3 cups Satsuma juice (strained of seeds & pulp)
Zest & juice from 1 lemon (optional for a tarter flavor)
Additional satsuma zest & satsuma slices for garnish (optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Wash the fruit thoroughly, then zest & juice them.
  2. Add the zest to the juice, then pour the juice into a gallon sized sealable ziplock bag. Lay the bag flat on a tray and place the tray into the freezer. Let freeze for 2 to 4 hours.
  3. Break the juice into small chunks, then blend the chunks in a blender or food processor until smooth, periodically stopping and manually stirring to break up and chunk clusters that form.
  4. Spread the sorbet evenly in a metal loaf pan, then put the pan into the freezer and let set for at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve scoops with garnishes of additional satsuma zest & orange slices
