Air Fryer Carrots

1 pound Carrots (peeled)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (shredded, optional)
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
Step by Step Instructions
- Place the carrots into a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil and stir. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper onto the carrots and stir gently to coat.
- Place the carrots into the air fryer in a single later (work in batches if necessary). Air fry at 380 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- After the carrots have cooked, you can sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese and/or fresh parsley if you desire.
