Spicy Lamb Meatballs

Serves: 18 meatballs


Ingredients
1 pound Ground lamb
1 Egg
2 Garlic cloves (minced)
2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 pinch Pepper
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Feta cheese for topping
FOR THE MAYO:
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
Juice of 1/2 of a lime

And/or bread of choice

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Put the lamb, egg, garlic, cilantro, chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix with hands or a spoon to combine.
  2. Roll the lamb mixture into balls and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. While the meatballs cook, whisk the mayo ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Top the meatballs with the mayo and feta cheese, and serve with a side of salad and/or bread.
