Rainbow Slaw Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Lime juice
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1 tablespoon Ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/3 cup Olive oil
3 cups Red cabbage (shredded)
1 cup Carrot (grated)
4 Green onions (thinly sliced)
1 cup Sugar snap peas (sliced)
2 Bell peppers (sliced) (one red one yellow)
1 cup Cilantro (chopped)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Quickly whisk together honey, lime juice, vinegar, cumin, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Set the bowl aside.
  2. combine red cabbage, carrots, green onions, sugar snap peas, and bell peppers. Toss the vegetables to combine, and add the cilantro.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss until well covered.
