Shrimp Salsa

Serves: 2 cups


Ingredients
1/2 pound Shrimp (peeled, deveined, cooked, and chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped)
3 Radishes (chopped)
1/4 cup Fresh cilantro (minced)
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Jalapeno (chopped & seeded)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Chips for dipping

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Place the shrimp, tomato, onion, radishes, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate the salsa until ready to serve.
  3. Serve with chips.
